Moe Shittu – Support & Service Manager

Q: What is your job title and how long have you been with the company?

A: I am the Service Manager and I have been with Glassen for 13 years.

Q: What is it like working at Glassen?

A: It’s been an awesome ride. I’m always learning and being challenged, and everyone that works here is great to be around. I never dread waking up to come to work.

Q: What do you like about the company culture?

A: I love the people and the direction the company is going.

Q: What is your favorite part of the job?

A: I love that everyone’s opinion matters and that Curtis is always looking for new ideas and comes to everyone for them.

Q: What is unique about working at Glassen?

A: Everyone is comfortable just being here, and it’s not always just about work. Because of this, we are efficient and know we can always count on each other for help.

Q: How would you summarize your job?

A: I train and oversee employees, find ways to make complex operations easier for techs through automation, and handle server and network projects.

Q: What is something about you that not many people know?

A: I love playing group video games like Super Mario Party and enjoy group activities in general.

Q: What is your favorite hobby?

A: I love trying all types of beers and bourbons.

Q: Are you currently binge-watching any shows?

A: I’m currently binging Black-ish and Grown-ish, but my wife and I are waiting for all our Chicago PD, Med, and Fire shows to air so we can watch them.

Q: One thing you couldn’t live without?

A: Family.

Q: What is something we should know about you?

A: I hate reading, but I’m always down to have a drink with a friend.
