We’re excited to offer free voicemail transcription to clients who have our MMS 3CX phone systems. With this feature, voicemails can be automatically transcribed and included in the email attachment. The transcription will also be displayed in the 3CX Web Client’s Voicemail function.
The transcription service is powered by Google and we cover the costs for our clients. If you have our MMS 3CX Phone System and are interested in enabling Voicemail Transcription, please contact our support team to request this feature.
