Q: What is your job title and how long have you been with the company?
A: I have been the Office Manager and have worked at Glassen for 1 year now.
Q: What is it like working at Glassen?
A: I love working at Glassen! There is a relaxed office environment that constantly sends different challenges to our team every day.
Q: What do you like about the company culture?
A: Everyone works together as a team to brainstorm and solve issues.
Q: What is your favorite part of the job?
A: I get to make fresh popcorn every morning that our clients get to enjoy when our Field Technician goes onsite.
Q: What is unique about working at Glassen?
A: Our company is growing quickly, and it allows me to continuously work with new and existing clients to solve urgent needs. I had never worked in a job where we were our clients’ immediate saviors.
Q: How would you summarize your job?
A: My job is to help keep the company working fluidly. I handle everything from stocking the office with supplies, to helping prepare quotes, and ordering all of the parts for customer ticket needs.
Q: What is something about you that not many people know?
A: In high school I was a two-time Wisconsin Culinary Arts Champion in Skills USA!
Q: What is your favorite hobby?
A: My favorite hobby is playing Settlers of Catan. Fun fact – I am currently in the top 500 players in the world!
Q: Are you currently binge-watching any shows?
A: I just finished watching Gilmore Girls and Game of Thrones with my wife. We are about to start watching Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Q: One thing you couldn’t live without?
A: I couldn’t live without board games. My wife and I host a board game night at least once a week. Our favorite games are Codenames, Catan, Scategories, and Mexican Train Dominos.
Q: What is something we should know about you?
A: I am a WIAA football and basketball official and work over 100 games a year with ages ranging from 3rd Grade – Varsity athletics.
