I chose to pursue a career in IT at the early age of 15. After five years in the industry, I partnered with TJ Haggerty, Inc. to form the company in 2006. In 2018 I then became the sole owner of Glassen Technology Services. My passions for organization and technology drive me to incessantly better myself and my employees, all while growing a successful business. When I find spare time, I enjoy boating, hiking, and experimenting in the kitchen.

It all began at the age of seven, when I drove my parents crazy building an intruder alarm on a circuit board. Since then, I've moved up to programming and creating iOS apps in my free time. My curiosity for testing new software and the latest OS leave the functionality of personal PC in a perpetually unknown state. Fun Fact: I brew beer.

My IT interests began in 1984, when my family bought a Commodore 64. I recall loading games on 5.25 floppy disks like it was yesterday. Since Getting my BS from UW Stout in Telecomm and Business Management, I've spent 13 years supporting businesses' IT needs. You'll find that I do a majority of the non-remote client support as I enjoy being hands-on. In my free time, I'm with my wife and two boys, often fishing, boating, and gardening.

My love of technology started when I played computer games on my uncle’s computer when I was seven years old. Since then, I built my own computers, servers, and tried to get my hands on any interesting tech I could find. Professionally, I graduated from Gateway Technical College with a AAS in Computer Support and have worked in the IT industry for seven years. I am currently near completion of my BAS in Managed Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. I love working with technology, but I love working with people even more. Being able to help people when they are frustrated with their IT woes gives me a great deal of joy. It is always wonderful to make someone’s day by getting them back on track.

I am a network specialist with multiple years of experience in configuring backups, cyber security, and management of workstations, Windows, and third-party software. I have an Associate of Applied Science from WCTC. Prior to IT assisting, I was an assembly technician, building hardware much like the kind I now service. In Contrast to my "techie" side, I also skateboard, create stained glass, and enjoy traveling.

As a Covid-Era college graduate I faced the challenges of entering the work force in 2021 and needing to integrate traditional office tasks to online platforms. As part of the Glassen team, I enjoy helping our customers solve many of the same IT difficulties that I had faced. I also enjoy detail-oriented tasks, and love helping to streamline Glassen's technical support by ordering inventory and preparing orders to ship. When I am not at work, I love to support all the local sports teams including the Brewers, Bucks, Packers, and Marquette Golden Eagles. I also enjoy playing board and card games and competitively play Catan and Cribbage online and around the Midwest.

I am just coming back to the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for the last 8 ½ years; it’s been an adventure to say the least! I have a BS Business Management with a concentration in Marketing. My previous experience blended both the Business side and IT side as a Technology and Data Analyst. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, gardening, and baking with my two kids -things can get messy for sure! I’m excited to be joining this thriving team.

My interest in IT began when I played my first video game in 2012, I was then hooked on the intricacy of how technology worked. I then pursued an associate degree as a Network Specialist at Gateway Technical College. Since then, I've been working to expand my knowledge and grow as much as possible in the IT industry. Some things I like outside of the tech world are volleyball, traveling and hanging out with friends & family.

Tim is an entrepreneur involved in advising several businesses. He enjoys mentoring budding entrepreneurs through close engagement with for-profit and not-for-profit boards. He is the former Chair of both the YPO Chicago and Heartland Chapters. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Marquette University. Tim also completed post-graduate work at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Curtis is known within Tim’s family as Jr., as they joke that he might as well be Tim’s oldest child. Tim’s contribution to Glassen now mostly consists of strategic advice and counsel. He is very proud of the firm’s growing into a thriving independent business since he first met Curtis as an dynamic high schooler working for an IT company 15+ years ago.
